For a father who takes his time.

KOYU begins in British Wagyu farming, a trade built on patience. The vodka keeps that pace: seven days at −27°C before it is filtered, and best poured slowly, one glass at a time.

The reverse of the KOYU bottle: an ink-wash panorama of Mount Fuji, a torii gate, Tower Bridge and a cherry tree, on white frosted glass beside a small ceramic cup.

70cl · 40% ABV · Wagyu infused

A heavy glass tumbler holding one large clear cube of ice, on white marble beside a folded linen napkin and a fountain pen.

Father’s Day

Why it makes a good gift

  1. 01

    It starts on a farm

Founder Jacob comes from British Wagyu farming, an industry built around patience and precision. The vodka is washed with Wagyu tallow, then rested at −27°C for seven days.

  2. 02

    One glass, one cube

Serve it lightly chilled at approximately 7°C, or over a single clear block of ice in a heavy tumbler. Slow to melt, so the pour stays itself.

  3. 03

    A drawing on the reverse

Turn the bottle and an ink-wash panorama runs from Mount Fuji and a torii gate to Tower Bridge and the Shard. It earns its place on a shelf.
