    The spirit

    3× distilled

    Beginning with a triple-distilled British wheat spirit.

  2. 02

    The infusion

    Wagyu fat-washed

    We infuse the vodka with premium Wagyu tallow, allowing it to absorb the delicate buttery notes, rich mouthfeel and subtle umami unique to Wagyu.

  3. 03

    The rest

    −27°C for seven days

    The spirit is then rested at −27°C for seven days, before the fat is meticulously removed, leaving behind only its refined flavour and signature velvety texture.

    The filtration

    3× filtered

    Every batch is then triple filtered using silver, activated charcoal and precision polishing filtration, producing exceptional clarity, remarkable purity and an incredibly smooth finish.

For the ultimate tasting experience, serve at approximately 7°C, where the spirit’s luxurious texture, delicate umami character and crisp finish are presented at their finest.

The three serves

Frosted glass, finished in gold. On the face, veins of gold run through the glass like marble. Turn it, and an ink-wash panorama carries Mount Fuji, a torii gate and a cherry tree in blossom to the Thames - Tower Bridge and the Shard on the far bank.
