We collect only what we need to take and deliver your order, answer your enquiries and, where you have asked us to, send you news from KOYU London. We never sell your personal information.

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we do not see or store your card details.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing us.

Cookies

This site always uses a few cookies it cannot work without: one keeps your bag, one remembers for a year that you confirmed you are 18 or over, and one remembers your cookie choice for six months. If you give us your email address, to join the list or to hear when a bottle is back in stock, a cookie remembers it so that your checkout opens with it filled in.

With your permission we also use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read, and the Meta and TikTok pixels to measure our advertising on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok and to show it to people who have visited. Nothing of this kind is loaded or stored until you accept, and rejecting is as easy as accepting. You can change your mind at any time with “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page; we then stop sending information and delete these cookies from our site. Cookies that Google, Meta or TikTok keep on their own websites can only be removed in your browser or in your account with them.

Orders are completed on Shopify’s checkout, which has its own cookies and policy.
