Once the paper is off, turn it round. An ink-wash drawing carries Mount Fuji, a torii gate and a cherry tree in blossom to the Thames, with Tower Bridge and the Shard on the far bank.

One of the world’s first Wagyu infused vodkas. British wheat spirit, washed with Wagyu tallow, rested at −27°C for seven days and triple filtered. There is something to say as it is poured.

Lightly chilled at approximately 7°C, in a small glass. No mixers and nothing to prepare, on a day with enough to do.
