Age verification

KOYU Vodka is an alcoholic drink and can only be sold to, and received by, adults aged 18 or over. Our courier may ask for proof of age on delivery and will not leave alcohol with anyone under 18 or in an unattended place.

When it arrives

Orders are packed by hand in protective packaging. You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

If a bottle arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with a photograph and your order number and we will put it right.
